Guest guest
> What is Crisco please? Crisco is a vegetable shortening - a vegetarian substitute for lard (ugh!). I understand that there is now a healthy version of Crisco out now, without trans fats, but I don't know since I don't use it. (I try not to purchase anything made or owned by Proctor & Gamble.) I have heard you can use coconut oil or palm oil in place of Crisco, but those oils have their health problems too *shrug* Love and hugs, Pat ---- My blog: http://beanvegan.blogspot.com " Atrocities are not less atrocities when they occur in laboratories and are called medical research.
