Guest guest
Hey there, I thought I would introduce myself. I am 28, mother of 3 and hail from Washington State. My veggietale(can't help myself) actually started when I was a little girl. My parents started out having me be Vegetarian but were unable to keep me that way for long due to not getting enough protien in me. Since then I had a short stint while in high school, it lasted all of about a month. But this time I think that it will stick. I had an AHA moment while preparing beef for stew one night. All I could see was what part of the cow it came from and then relate it to what part of my body that would mean. I could hardly eat that night to say the least. The next morning I decided that I would start my new life. I will no longer eat meat. I joined this group mainly for support and recipee ideas. I am the only one in the house that is currently Vegetarian though I think that my middle child may be joining me shortly. My husband thinks I am crazy to choose tofu over steak. Anyway, can't wait to read all the messages. Have a great day, Sarah B.
