Guest guest
I just joined and I'm very excited to read through all the old posts. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years now. I never liked meat so it really was not much of a transition. I have two children. I call my daughter a vegetarian (its just her natural way of eating) and my son will eat the occasional burger but eats veggie chicken nuggets and corn dogs and has no clue they are meat free. We have a cat and live in New Jersey. Lisa
Guest guest
Welcome, Lisa I hope you continue to enjoy this group. There are all kinds of recipes in our Files section (click in from the homepage) - from all over the planet. (Some would say a few from beyond too, but I'm reserving judgement LOL) How nice that you are starting your children on the veggie way - good for you! It teaches them good eating habits and therefore good health as well as encouraging them in compassion for animals and care for the earth. Besides, veggie food tastes better!!! My cat Misha sends unfriendly miaows to yours - but I think he's just worrying about having to share his breakfast *smile* Best, Pat (Group Owner) ---- My blog: http://beanvegan.blogspot.com " Atrocities are not less atrocities when they occur in laboratories and are called medical research.
