Dutch Pancakes 6 servings 1 cup flour 1 cup milk (almond milk works too) 6 eggs 4tbl spoon butter 1tsp allspice (optional) suggested toppings: cooked apples, bananas, mandarin oranges, maple syrup. In blender or food proccessor combine flour and milk. Add eggs, one at a time, blending after each. Preheat oven to 425degrees. Place skillet or 11x7 pan with butter into oven to melt. create a non- stick surface w/spray on sides. Pour batter into pan. Bake 15-20 min. Pancake will rise on walls of pan. sarah b.
