I am in a couple groups and dont remember where I read it from and I thought I saved it but didnt. I am asking this is my mother asked me to send it to my sister. She uses this stuff in a lot of things. My sister gets REALY REALY REALY bad headachs. Doctor gave her something for it, but that doesnt work anymore. I am cured of high blood pressure from using chinese herbs. Personally, I have heart arythimas with aspertane (NutraSweet) and diareaha with Splenda. A good friend has severe headaches with Aspertane. I am sure there are many articls in existence both for and against the use of these. However, why not just stop using them for a period of time (say a week) and see if the condition improves.
