Thank you Varsha,

& nbsp;

This looks really great. & nbsp; It is amazing how many different ways there are

to combine a few simple ingredients.

& nbsp;

Cheers from Marie

Hi Marie, Robin and all

Thanks for your receipes. I did try broccoli and paneer, though I guess i ended

up using my variation . Here is what I did

Ingredients:

Onions - 3 (chopped finely)

Tomatoes - 2 (chopped finely)

Paneer cubes - fried and kept aside

Broccoli - cut into small flowerets

Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Cumin Powder - 2 tsp

Garam masala (indian made masala powder) - 2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Cut Coriander leaves - finely chopped

Ginger - a piece - cut finely

Garlic - a few pods - cut finely

Method

Pour oil/ ghee into a vessel and add onions. Fry to a golden brown, add garlic,

ginger and tomatoes. Fry till well cooked. Add the broccoli flowerets, all

masala powders, a little water and cover with & nbsp;a lid. Let it simmer for

awhile till the broccoli is cooked. Add fried paneer pieces. Check seasoning,

add salt and cover lid. Let it simmer for a few more minutes. Garnish with

coriander leaves and serve hot.

Hope you will enjoy it! You can have it both with pulav or indian naan breads.

You can probably try adding almond paste or cashew paste for a gravy

consistency. I didnt do it this some cos i didnt have both readily available

Have Fun!

Cheers

Varsha
