Guest guest
I like this mixed into stir fry. On tofu too. Annie Spicy Chile Sauce 1 cup Asian sweet chile sauce 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional) 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh hot chili, such as serrano, including seeds 1/2 teaspoon salt Stir together all ingredients. Cover and put in fridge for a day so all the tastes blend then use it.
Guest guest
This sounds yum, Annie! Only thing I would have to leave off is the optional cilantro. Guess I didn't get the genetic predisspo for liking that herb. I want to try this on tempeh! Thanks heaps. -Gaia , Annie O <anniefromthehills wrote: > > I like this mixed into stir fry.
