I can understand where you're coming from with the shopping! I've been a vegetarian for a few years, and my family (husband and three sons) will never join me, I'm sure! I would even consider going vegan (I hear it's *the best* way to help fight global warming, even better than changing to an electric vehicle or tweaking the energy consumption of one's home) but that would make it just about impossible to juggle the menus for the family...
