I ventured out today on my first trip to by veggie foods and I never realized how much is out there!! Besides the abundance of fresh veggies and fruits that I bought, I also found: Boca burgers Boca protein crumbles Boca " chicken " patties Smart bacon Smart ground Smart deli slices Vegetarian chili mix Vegetarian sloppy jo mix Vegetarian taco filling mix I apologize if my rambling sounds silly to some of you.. LOL Especially you veterans out there! But this time last week, I was really intimidated by the whole idea and was worried about what I could eat in the place of meat. Now I see I'm gonna do just fine!! I feel so much better already! Not everyone enjoys these faux meets, but for those who do it certainly helps one through the early stages of transition. Indeed, we have started - after MANY years as veggies and then vegans - to keep a couple of these kinds of things in the fridge for just plain fun!!! So glad you have had such a good shopping trip - this should make things so much nicer for you, don't you think????? You go, girl!!!!
