Next year I will plant an estra zucchini for the flowers. What I have just remembered having, however, is banana flowers. Years ago in Sydney, Australia, one of our favourite restaurants was one of several Prasits - a wonderfully creative chef who did wonderful asian fusion. He created a spicy hot banana-flower salad that brought raves from everyone who tried it!
