Kid veggies!

Hey guys,

 

So I have a younger cousin (age 11) who just announced to her parents

that she's a vegetarian (and guess who they're blaming as her enabler?

lol). She was already on her way there; she hasn't eaten pork or fish

in years. Anyway, I'm looking to support her in any way I can, without

totally pissing off my aunt and uncle. Do any of you veteran

vegetarians have some sage advice? Like any fun vegetarian recipes

that are easy for kids to make? If I were around her I imagine it

would be easier, but we live in different states, so any online

resources you know of that I could point her to would be great and

super helpful. Thanks!!!

if your niece has access to the internet try pointing her to

http://www.youngveggie.org/ this has recipes on it and other information as

well.  It is UK based though that could be a problem
