Could not relate any more to this site after we realize that my daughter had a

gluten allergy

but I realize that there is some one who can relate. I really like if kmpelly

can send me the recipes that she use being a vegetarian and have gluten allergy.

Yes, I am still here and as of now, I have been a vegetarian for 32 years.

Recently, I have developed a gluten allergy at about the same time I was

diagnosed with lyme. I have always been a cook, but with the lyme treatment, I

have no energy to cook. So, with considerable expense, I have been eating out of

the deli @ my local food coop to survive. On a good note, I made pancakes out of

quinoa flour today. Even, my gluten eating husband said they were amazingly

good.Right now, our local heirloom tomatoes are simply amazing. I eat them like

fruit. At first our local coop just had local tomatoes. Now they have many

varieties including yellow ones, brandywine, striped ones, etc. Every year, I

look forward to them and they have not disappointed me this year.KathleenEureka
