Guest guest
Four years ago when I decided to become vegetarian I couldn't stand it. now that I know how I can prepare it to my taste I LOVE it. Fried tofu is my fave. I buy and extra firm brand, I cut it up into cubes, a little bigger than bite sized. I use either sesame or vegetable oil and fry it on high heat. I like it quite fried but you could fry it to your taste. I add a teaspoon of an east indian garlic ginger paste, a little bit of veg broth, then either my vegetarian stir fry sauce, or some soy sauce. I usually add either broccoli, or spinach. To add some spice to it I have a chinese garlic pepper sauce that I add. Sometimes I add noodles but most of the time I cant wait to eat it so I dont bother.
