How about cream soups? They're quick to make (no make-ahead stock)

and can use whatever vegetable you like and have around. Just make a thin

white sauce, add vegetables (raw, steamed, or fried) and seasonings, heat,

and eat!

Does anyone have some quick, nutritious soup recipes. The weather is

becoming cooler and I am looking for some dinner ideas for after work.

We love all kinds of foods -and any help would be appreciated. thanks

Simple lentil soups are my #1 go to because they're so fast.  I add some sort of

green to it.  Make some fresh biscuits & I've got a happy family.
