DRAGON - What is you favourite ethnic cuisine?

Hi Dragon,

 

Yes, I can definitely assure everyone that you, Dr D and I thoroughly enjoyed

ourselves at our oriental extravaganza at Wagamamas.  Our only problem seemed

to be choosing from the embarrassment of riches on the menu.  Actually, I must

say that Wagamamas menu was far more varied and interesting than I expected.  I

suppose it's unfair to judge all Asian cuisine by my previous experiences in

Chinese restaurants but I often get the feeling that many of the dishes in such

places are cloned because they look and even taste similar.  I guess my

expectations of Wagamamas were a bit clouded by my previous Oriental eating

experiences but I was very pleasantly surprised.

 

Come to think of it, I guess I should add 'Oriental' to my previous nominated

favourites - Indian and Middle Eastern.

Hmm mine is Oriental, Chinese by preference, what they can do with a block of

tofu ........!, and as Marie will attest I do rather like my noodles LOL
