Guest guest
> I must have had a slip of the entire brain as I was reading your post LOL! I have lots of those; I think of them as senior moments. > So tell us about being vegetarian? Well, I just ate veggier and veggier over the course of about ten years, not really thinking about it until, about 16 years ago, it had just sort of happened.happened, I have muscoskeletal problems, and I guess my bod was trying to tell me, " See, you haven't noticed yet, but we're gradually getting in a bit less pain.. " I also like the geopolitics of going veg. Then I got into menopause and found I had more good reasons; I had by far the easiest Change in the known history of my horrible-menopause-prone family, veritably flew though it, and my internist and GYN are convinced it's at least partly because I'm no longer getting all those synthetic hormones they inject the critters with. The internist and my orthopedist also think the mild decrease in pain is because I'm not constantly getting small doses of critter-injected antibiotic anymore; I'm already miserably autoimmune, so the worst possible thing I can do is constantly jack my immune system further up. Also, veg is cheaper. Say hallelujah. >Indian food is our favourite, Okay, I'll post some recipes. Only one before I go to bed, though (I sleep days.) See next post. Guest guest
Oh you do have excellent reasons for eating the way you do!!!! Good for you. And you know, I was thinking just know a split second after sending off my last post, it doesn't really matter why one goes veggie and/or vegan, just as long as one does it! The results are the same (provided one eats a sensible range of foods) for both the animals and oneself!
