Guest guest Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 Hi Marie, Thanks for the link to the website. That will be very helpful when I want to prepare artichoke hearts. I was actually wanting to know how to prepare the artichoke for cooking 'whole' so that the leaves can be dipped in sauce/butter as described at the beginning of the website article.
