Hi Daniel,

 

I'm sorry I can't help you with the names of any books specifically on the

topic but here are a couple which may be useful.  They are both taken from the

amazon.com site.  They are both vegetarian, one is listed as Asian so there may

be some Filipino recipes in it.  The other specifically mentions Filipino

recipes but also includes recipes from other cuisines.  I haven't seen either

of these books myself so I can't recommend them personally.

 

To Cook is Divine, Italian, Filipino, and Southern-style Vegetarian Recipes from

Outside the Box by L. Capco Lincoln, Angelo Fanneli, and Ian Finn (Spiral-bound

- May 1, 2007)

 

Vegetarian Times Low-Fat & Fast Asian by Editors of Vegetarian Times (Paperback

- Sep 24, 1997)
