good tofu recipe!

It sure does! I love this sort of thing: fast, easy and not concerned

with sticking to

a single culture's influence or ingredients. And was there ever a

combination of tofu

and tomatoes that wasn't delicious? (Though I, too, might amp up the

heat and/or chile flavor a little.)

 

Hmmmm <realizing the recipe made me really hungry!> . .do I have any

tofu in the

fridge right now? Time to wander in the kitchen.
