Salba or Chia seeds

Hi,

I am reading lot about theses seeds, very positive and helpful to lot of

sickness. It is expensive, is it worth it or there is truth in the claim. Please

need some feed back if some has any knowledge, how does it work, how to use it,

seeds if you consume like that, would seeds will go through undigested in

toilet?. Your response will be appreciated.
