Guest guest
You say you're married to a confirmed meat-eater and are too old and tired to make two different meals! I think a lot of people here could also relate to that, but there are lots of sneaky and also efficient ways around the problem. One is to sneak soy or wheat meats into the omni's meals. And if that brings you too close to the divorce courts there are clever recipes that let you add his non-veg portion of the meal after you have removed your own veg portion from the pan, even in a one-pot meal. I'm sure this group could think of some excellent examples (without having to talk about a recipe for the non-veg part of the meal!). I confess I'm not brimful of such ideas myself because my dh and I first went veggie together and then vegan together. So I'm spoiled in that regard. Anyway, good to have you here - and best of luck.
