Guest guest
What's on the menu for today at your place? I'm not quite sure yet (have to check the fridge) but I think I'm making a root vegetable curry (with rice of course), some greens steamed with ginger and chiles, with a fresh salad to start. That's the main meal. Otherwise it looks like my Broccoli-Lemon soup and some hot cornbread (nope, not the zillion-calorie one LOL). What about you? I checked the fridge and found paksoi (bok choy), half an aubergine (eggplant), and some celery and spring onions, all of which needed consuming pretty soon. Plus a large tomato, garlic, chopped ginger, vegetable stock and... turmeric (of course). All sounds familiar to regular readers. With Thai jasmine rice and a few loempias (spring rolls) left over from a big batch we made yesterday for someone who was celebrating something!
