Hi and a welcome from me too, Judy!

 

About the vegan recipes in our Files area (access from our Home Page): the

folders that are designated 'Main and Side Dishes' should ALL have in the title

whether they are ovo-lacto, ovo, lacto or Vegan, whether or not they are spicy

and when possible what culture or cuisine they most closely relate to (eg.

Indian, Mexican, Greek, etc.). Also, in the description line there may be a

comment about whether or not there are vegan options given for ingredients in

the recipe.

 

For the other folders, not all have all that info as yet, but we will be working

on it Takes time, ya know? LOL

 

Lovely having you here. Ask questions as much as you like - we love to help.
