I'm forwarding your questionnaire as an introduction to the list members, my annotations are for the benefit of those who can't remember the questions! It sounds as if you are well established with your " transitioning " , IOW firmly vegetarian and on the way to becoming vegan - and a husband who doesn't mind being served vegetarian meals! You don't mention any interest in recipes, either reading them or posting them yourself, but of course this group is a good opportunity to compare recipes with the other members. Husband is a trucker to cook for myself 99% of the time 4. Husband either eats what I cook or finds something else to eat 5. I'm just learning to read labels. I don't intentionally eat meat out but I don't play detective 6. Haven't had to consider medical issues yet 7. [no info about recipes] 8. spice is good 9. Some reading in books and on net 10. I'm looking for moral support 11. I'm 62 12. I live in the upper midwest. My husband is a trucker and is gone 2 weeks at a time. I'm a retired garden nursery worker with 3 grown daughters, 8 grandchildren and a spoiled dog. I also teach knitting lessons at the local quilt shop.
