Yes, that often puts me off buying things online, so I understand your

reluctance. I guess it could be worthwhile if one had several things to buy from

the same source, so that the handling and shipping charges would really then be

spread across the whole order (in one's mind's eye, at least) and therefore not

such a frightening expense.

 

Do people buy a lot of things on line? I only do it for books which I cannot

otherwise find - well, so far - but am thinking to get my next load of vit B and

D etc. that way.

I buy all my vitamins and herbs online from Swanson Vitamins. They charge a flat

rate of 4.99 no matter the size of the order. I also buy my flax and coconut oil

from them and sometimes my olive oil. I buy my books used from Amazon.com.
