Thanks, Vanessa. I've added your recipe to the pasta/noodles folder in our Files

where it joins two other Pad Thai recipes. The interesting thing is that

everyone has their own version of Pad Thai and that makes it all the more

interesting. Thanks so much for yours. Also, thanks for including your own

version of a 'fish' sauce suitable for vegetarians and vegans - always good to

have in case the local supermarket doesn't have a version!

 

Lots of good ideas for food in this group - keep them coming, okay?
