Guest guest
I know that 'high protein' diets are pretty well incompatible with the vegan way - although I do know some who have tried it - there can still be an attempt to keep the carbs low with some who want to lose weight. I thought this might help us all to rationalize eating sensibly :-) (I say this as one who, back in the bad old days back in the 70s wayyyy before I became vegetarian and then vegan, I was very strictly low-carb as promoted by that-doctor-who-promoted-high-protein-and-died-of-a-heart-attack's diet.) Anyway, even if it doesn't apply to you personally, save the link for giving to friends and loved ones, okay?
