Hi Caroline,

 

I had a quick look through some of my recipe books and couldn't find a recipe

for spinach ravioli.  I tried a Google search and came up with a good selection.

 

Are you looking for a vegetarian or a vegan recipe?  Also, are you looking for

one where the spinach is used as a filling or where it is incorporated into the

pasta?

 

Here is a vegan recipe I found for ravioli with a spinach filling.  I have not

tried it so I can't tell you anything about it but it might be similar to what

you are looking for.
