HI everyone, need good cold weather/winter

vegetarian recipes

 

We live in South Dakota and winter is setting in quick. I could use some

really good, hearty vegetarian entrees, kid friendly would be good as

well, but I can get my 7 year to try a lot so that is not a necessity.

We love beans, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, we are lacto-vegetarian.

Also all bread products in this house at least are whole wheat. And to

make it even more complicated I am diabetic and ds is ADHD. I allow my

son chicken on occasion but he refuses other meat, he also drinks soy

milk exclusively by choice. Thanks in advance.
