(Did you like the kale, Carol?) Although not written as formal recipes, the instructions in each are clear and easy to follow. They're also delicious and distinctly different methods for preparing that vegetable. Thanks! I have just placed them in the Leafy And Stem Vegetables folder in our Files, titling them, in order of receipt on this list, as 'Kale' and 'Kale II' respectively.
