LOL Well, I don't think it's going to make the French champagne makers lose any sleep, but then it's not meant to compete with champagne but is just a different way of making rejuvelac, right? How do you prefer yours? Plain wheat? I also like it made with quinoa, I've found, and would like to try some others so . . . After all, I'll be drinking it for a long while yet (I trust! LOL).
