Yes, that's what we're told - about the almonds, I mean - and I have no reason

to disbelieve it. I know several raw foodists who would be desperately unhappy

if they couldn't get the almonds they want. That aside, walnuts have a good

reputation too.

 

Googling I found a huge number of sites to tell me all about the health benefits

of nuts, and not all sponsored by the nut producers either :) This is an example

of what I found. Perhaps some people here might have others they can recommend?

I'd like that.

Thank, great article. My biggest problem with nuts is, I can't stop eating them

until they're gone.
