We hope you can find enough interesting recipes and info here to persuade you to take up the vegetarian way of life but if you don't that's OK too. Just remember that all recipes posted have to be vegetarian and we don't allow discussion about non-vegetarian foods. Dairy and eggs, that's all right, but those aren't usually the main ingredient in the typical spicy cuisine which is our special interest here.
