Guest guest Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 Recently we've had homemade avocado and carrot sushi, miso soup, and warm sushi rice salad - not all at the same meal, though LOL Last night I reran the miso soup - see on my blog for pics of all three items http://beanvegan.blogspot.com - and added more tofu, more seaweed (I forgot to mention it on the blog), and some japanese wheat noodles. It was really better than I thought. Tonight it looks like sushi and probably in a couple of days I'll re-run that recipe of warm sushi rice salad because it is so incredibly and surprisingly good. For lunch today it's another re-run - well, we all have our favourites, right? I'm doing asparagus Hong Kong style, a la Mrs Jaffrey. Very nice.
