Guest guest
My favorite bread hands-down is sourdough, preferably real San Francisco sourdough. It's a good thing for my waistline that I don't live near the West coast! Ashley
Guest guest
Pat, I like ALL bread except white. I prefer rye and pumpernickel, whole grains (where you can SEE the grain in the bread) ... love the texture of different grains in bread. Ted Q: What's your favourite kind of bread? If you never but never eat the stuff and/or have never liked it, tell us what your favourite colour is or your favourite companion animal - just as long as you tell us something you like, okay? And smile - it's not snowing everywhere (yet),
Guest guest
The recipe in the " Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes " ...it is vegan, easy, quick and adaptable to most any kind of grain. Also cheap! Here in Hawaii, where a loaf of bread can be $5-$7 a loaf, price was getting to be a problem. I have tossed my old breadmaker and we have great bread everyday.  ( ) ( __inga c\_/ ________________________________ Pat <drpatsant Fri, February 12, 2010 9:43:58 AM ROLL CALL AND A QUESTION - *PLEASE CLICK IN HERE*  Time for a Roll Call, folks! Guest guest
Still here! I love rye bread---but any crusty bread will do. Can't believe that I loved something as insipid as Wonder Bread growing up! --- On Fri, 2/12/10, Pat <drpatsant wrote: Pat <drpatsant ROLL CALL AND A QUESTION - *PLEASE CLICK IN HERE* Friday, February 12, 2010, 2:43 PM  Time for a Roll Call, folks!
