Guest guest
We made pizza tonight from a similar type of bread recipe. The cookbook is called " My Bread " by Jim Lahey. Very yummy! Whitney The recipe in the " Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes " ...it is vegan, easy, quick and adaptable to most any kind of grain. Also cheap! Here in Hawaii, where a loaf of bread can be $5-$7 a loaf, price was getting to be a problem. I have tossed my old breadmaker and we have great bread everyday. Guest guest
Hi Pat and all, Still here and reading - I like any sort of whole wheat bread, the coarser grain the better - sometimes get Allinson bread for a treat but it's not something I would want every day. I used to collect dark blue things (e.g. bottles of a certain kind of mineral water, vases etc.) but this phase seems to have stopped, but will choose this colour if forced to a choice. No companion animals. Piers , " Pat " <drpatsant wrote: > > Time for a Roll Call, folks! Guest guest
My favorite bread is a multi-grain type, but no particular brand. I don't eat it very often and a loaf will last for weeks in the freezer.
