In some ways the transition from vegetarian to vegan is a bigger step than the one to vegetarian but it sounds as if you've made this. Lots of vegan recipes on our site, and quite a few include tofu or tempeh. If not, what is your favourite kind of food? I love hot and spicy foods. I love Asian food with tofu. 5. Is there anything else you would like to tell us (such as your country or region, age group, household pets/companion animals, hobbies, activities, interests, indoor and outdoor sports, etc.)?
