Even talked with Ed Begley Jr. and Alicia Silverstone, both very nice people. I threw up some pics on the VegFamily site of the event. www.vegfamily.com/events/worldfest2000.htm. It was quite hot, and hard to park, but we managed. The food samples were great. I especially enjoyed the vegan egg rolls for a buck! Such a deal. Other vendors were selling a small cup of lemonade for 3 bucks . boooo. I heard John Robbins speak but we left before Howard Lyman spoke. I did manage to chat with Howard for a few minutes early in the day though. he is such a sweetie pie!
