My 13 month old daughter and I are making the transition from vegetarian to

vegan, for ethical, environmental and health reasons. It is tough because my

husband isn't always supportive and he eats ice cream and junk food in front

of our daughter. He will, however, eat whatever I cook and he doesn't bring

prohibited foods into our home.
