Guest guest
I am new to being a vegetarian and was wondering if any of you had any ideas on Halloween Treats. Thanks Bunches! Renee
Guest guest
We hand out individual bags of nuts, sunflower seeds, raisons and Sun Drops (like M & Ms, or Smarties in Canada), and for younger kids who come here, stickers. My older daughter goes trick-or-treating with her friends, and while I'm sure there's some nibbling, I take (most) of the sugar-candy to the office, and she gets a "trade-in" of the health-food version of junk. Guest guest
Thanks! Those are great ideas. I was so stuck on the normal sugar treats that I never even thought of those. I have four children and being vegetarian is new to us so I didn't want them to feel deprived. We don't go trick or treating but I do allow them to dress up and hand stuff out. Thanks again! - Karen L. Guest guest
We give out stickers. It would be easy to find stickers that support whatever message that you may want to spread. Linda
