It is possible to practice attachment parenting as a single mom, I am proof. I recommend Joanne Stephaniak's _ Vegan Vittles for delicious recipes. For web based support, I like vegsource.com--lots of links to doctors, discussion boards, and recipes. I was wondering, have you looked into breastfeeding your adopted daughter? It takes extra patience and effort, but the benefits to both you and her will be amazing. Depending on the age of your daughter when you adopt, this is a possibility. La Leche League should have some information available on how to go about establishing a milk supply. Just a thought.
