Guest guest
When I started introducing food to my children, I gave them veggies first. I very rarely bought it ready made, I usually made the veggies myself. I didn't gave them fruit untill about 3 or 4 months later. I had read that it will be easier to get the children used to veggies if they don't have the choice between veggies and fruit. Since fruit tends to be sweeter than veggies and thous satisfies the sweet cravings of the child easier. But it is, supposedly, harder to get them used to veggies later. Now, my kids are 6 years and 4 years old, and they love veggies. They eat any vegetable without fuss. I don't now if it is because I introduced veggies first or if it is a coincidence.
