Dangers of Soy Products article...

A friend of ours from the States just recently mailed to us a copy of an

article she downloaded called " Tragedy and Hype: The Third International

Soy Symposium " . You can find it at

http://www.nexusmagazine.com//soydangers.html

I am wondering if any of you have read it - it has scared me a bit, but

at the same time because of some of the language I got the impression it

could be coming from a group supporting the meat industry.

Any comments out there about this article? How about from those of you

who run these lists?

Thanks! Carmen

I read the article you mentioned. It does sound scary; however, I've been

consuming loads of soy products for about a decade now. So I suppose if any

of this stuff was true, I'd be dead by now.

It sounds a bit like it might be the product of someone in the meat and/or

dairy industries. I'd like to investigate the source further. Thanks.

An addendum to my last message. I just clicked back to the home page for

Nexus, the online magazine in which the soy article appeared. It states:

Welcome to NEXUS Magazine's Home Page. NEXUS is an international bi-monthly

alternative news magazine, covering the fields of - Health Alternatives;

Suppressed Science; Earth's Ancient Past; UFOs & the Unexplained; and

Government Cover-Ups.

Need I say more? I'm not about to take an article that appeared on this site

too seriously. It smacks of the X-files if you ask me.
