Hadass Thanks for those books. I am planning on exclusively breastfeeding for six months. and I think I will most probably breastfeed my daughter Jade to she is at least two. I would love to know what foods people on this list started their baby on. at six months. Did you only introduce one food at a time over a week or how did you do it? I bowed to conventional pressure and did the fortified baby cereal thing as well, some people think it is a bad idea ... you'll have to read the literature and form your own opinion on it.
