Guest guest Posted January 17, 2001 Report Share Posted January 17, 2001 Just a quick reminder that it is considered polite to turn off any styling formats you might have on your email before sending to a large list such as this one. AOL is one of the worst software programs in this regard, if that helps. Not everyone uses the same email software, so messages that look beautiful on your screen may look like gobbledy-gook on mine. My pet peeve is that many styled messages automatically load a log-on menu when they are opened. I read and write off-line, so this is an unnecessary nuisance -- and, on temperamental days, will actually crash my computer.
