A chairde,

I've read that heating honey over a certain temperature (160 degrees???) is not

a " healthful " thing to do...

Has anyone else encountered this information?? I don't have the reference for

this handy as I am currently at work (I vaguely recall this having to do

with something in regards to the waxy build up due to the heating

process, but don't quote me yet)...but I'll look around for it...this is the

reason I haven't used honey in any cooked foods (even baking)....

Slante chugat,

Kat
