Hello everyone,

 

My name is Seth Solomonow. I'm a freelance reporter in New York City

writing a story on the social challenges that children and their

families face in being vegetarians.

 

I am looking to speak with vegetarian kids and their parents to find

out first of all why they are vegetarian and what they eat, but also

interesting stories about veggie kids' experiences among omnivorous

friends at school, sleepovers, cookouts, parties, etc.

I am sure my children (7 and 10) would be willing to talk with you. I am not

sure, however, that they will describe all or most of their experiences as

sociall challenging --

rather they have been the ones who have influenced other children to reduce

their meat intake. So they will have both positive and maybe some negative

experiences to report.
