Guest guest
Hi all! I was wondering at which age can or should you start supplementing B12 for children? The family has recently changed over to a strikt vegetarian diet and my friend was wondering what to do about B12. Most supplements say that it should not be given to children under the age of 4, my friend has a one year old though. Any ideas or links for this? Thank you ! Guest guest
Tempeh gives a fair amount of B12 to your diet. We use it in the am like bacon, or in cold salads and casseroles. Peace, Laura

Guest guest
Michaela, We're doing all the stuff someone else mentioned to get our B-12. My hubby, 4½-year-old, and I are vegan. We consume lots of nutritional yeast flakes and B-12 fortified cereals or soymilks or whatever. Trin
