Guest guest
Babyfat... I also use flax seed oil as a supplement in my toddler's food. Since you can heat it, I squirt in his soy yogurt, hot cereal (after it has cooled enough for him to eat it), applesauce, peanutbutter, or any other creamy foods (creamy because it would be too messy if it was finger food!). It is high in fat and also great for omega's! Of course, sometimes I forget to put it in his food, so altogether he gets it a couple times a week. B-12 I woulnd't think a supplement would be necessary as long as the child drinks fortified soymilk at least, because so little B-12 is needed. But I don't know much about how much is actually absorbed form that. Nutritional yeast (veg. support formula) is a great source! I buy mine from The Mail Order Catalog website: www.healthy-eating.com Jennifer
