Guest guest
Hi. I saw your email request for info on cookbooks. Moosewood cookbooks have many good recipes but I find them time intensive. One that I use for our family and that came recommended by our local hospital for families with children, is Feeding the Whole Family Whole Foods Recipes for Babies, Young Children and Their Parents, by Cynthia Lair. (her stomping grounds are in Washington State) Anything by Anne Marie Colbin from the Natural Gourmet Cookery school is good too. I too am lactose intolerant (though not severe) and just use soy milk to substitute most recipes. Good luck.
